Welcome
to the Sarasota / Bradenton Comedy Guide. The southwest
Gulf Coast of Florida has a deep history and rich tradition
of theatre and has a very artistic community. While this
is certainly not Broadway, the smaller theaters allow
for artists to explore their art in a supportive environment.
With the proximity to the Ringling
Brothers & Barnum Bailey Circus, obviously entertainment
is available, under a big top or not.
Whether you are looking for Stand-up comedy or and improv
troupe, they are both within reach of a short drive. And
if you want to go a little further, you have access to
Tampa and the cultural centers there.
After you watch the sun set over the Gulf, go catch an
