Boca Raton is conveniently located between Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach. The stereotypes of Boca Raton are alive and well, with many elderly communities here as well as very affluent Jewish communities. But there is much more to the area than the stereotypes.
There are also many planned communities with a variety of hard-working people, educational institutions and entertainment options. FAU and Lynn University are located here, along with BCC. The mall and people are constantly looking for things to do and comedy is definitely an option. The New York Comedy Club is located here in the old Bocanuts location near the turnpike on Glades.
